Performance break pads

After always using EBC brake pads Ive decided to pull my head out of my ass and take a look around at what else is out there

The ebc gear always worked well and didn't chop into the rotors like cheap ferris metal pads ...... but they arent the most $ friendly on the market, I recall the last set of greenstuff for the fronts of my ceffy (32 gts) were $220

whats the go out there whose using what and are you happy ... and why

bendix ultimate are really good and stock is available from most auto shops and is available for most makes, and are affordable

on amhurst street fremantle, can make any thing you want

Feroddo DS2500's.
good price, good for both street and track and dont require much warming up.

put some bendix's on after some track work for the street and i can't believe the difference between pads. its hard to go back.

also used pagid blues on the 32, good pad but cost too fuckn much.

I have just gone from Bendix to DS2500 and on the street I'm not that impressed, but I havent really gotten any heat into them.

Whose used any ferrodo performance pads?

EBC is rubbish
Fereodo with decent calipers/rotors and all of a sudden you won't remember EBC

For budget, bendix ultimates are good, brilliant infact, i belted the set i used at the track repeatedly, they lasted well..

Above that, whats your bodget?

Hawk, padgid, brembo, etc, good race pads, expect to fork out about $400 a set
