Just got linked by a mate, $50 for home premium if you are a student :)

I got that.. works great.

Few tips though..

If you buy the 64 bit version, it tries to slug you $14 extra for a CD. You can uncheck it though and just download the 64 bit version for $49.

BUT, once you do, you'll find that you can't actually install it.. this is the reason they charge you $14, so they can send you a bootable CD.

To get around it, you just do this.. turn your download into a bootable CD by following these instructions.

VERY SIMPLE. Then you can save your $14 and install it THAT DAY, rather than having to wait for a bootable CD in the mail. Plus you can keep the CD for future installations :)

Yeah you can get the Win 7 professional from that site for the same price ($50)

If you know how to make a bootable USB stick (and your PC supports it) its even easier - just copy the extracted setup files onto the USB and reboot :)

Or just put it on DVD and shelve the DVD for when you need it at some later date.
