put a deposit on this today through JPC just wondering what ratio it is? its going to go in my R33 S2 is meant to be like new nearly and from a late model 180sx was told it will fit worst case scenario may have to change out shafts to suit, anways what ratio will it be how do i tell? im hoping 4.11

pretty sure this is the same diff just cant find anything about ratio!

you need to take the back cover off and there will be a number on the crown wheel. Take the big number and divide by the small number and thats your ratio.

I assume your car has ABS ?
Also to fit you will need to change the back cover.
Cant remember if the R33 s2 diffs are 5 or 6 bolt flanges.

Swapping the half shafts might not be that easy as some of the diffs use a different half shaft on one side.

Or you can mark the input flange to the diff housing, same on the sides and do one full turn on the input side. Measure how many turns the outputs do.
