Its a spielberg film, so should be alright. The kind of 'ghosts' they look to be talking about are damn scary in real life, but most poltergeist films turn out very average. Hoping this one is an exception

In two minds as to whether it was a true story or not cos mine said based on a true story at the beginning and had in loving memory of micah and katie at the end or sumin. But in the quick flash by credits im sure i saw a disclaimer saying any relation to true events is purely coincidental.

Watched it last night, wasn't as scary as I expected, but very well made film. It plays off the viewer actually believing they are watching something real, or that they could imaging being in that situation cause really.

DLed the alternate Spielberg ending, though I think it was better, the very very end of it was cheesy, coulda left the last 5-10 secs of footage out IMO...

I beleive it was done in their own house. They used a Ouiji Board afew times and then freaky stuff started to happen to they went into production. A Ouiji Board is real, and it does call apon demonds.

I have spoken to people who dont beleive in God, Ghosts, Demonds etc.. and they said the Ouiji board had them pretty freaked out and its unexplainable experience.

Hence why it only cost $15k or whatever. wouldnt supprize me if the whole thing is real and not edited with special effects.

Just finished watching "The Fourth Kind", for those who dunno what it is, its set up similar to Paranormal Activity / Blair Witch but based on Alien Abduction, basically a movie made from real film and audio and then actors redo it and they show the comparison, in a sense... FUCKING Freaky, got me well freaked out, pisses all over paranormal activity on the freaky side of things lol
