Can someone please clarify what the differences are between a 1jz & a 2jz?
They're both 2.5L's aren't they? Just heads that are different??

26 psi, gtk 650 and water meth

i read somewhere the 2j's head flows more, the 1.5j is mainly done so no mods are needed to top end bolt ons while gaining engine capacity of the 2j block

Novice mistake you need the american spec turbo's if you want to crack 1000.

2j's flow better but only because it makes the wild claims flow out of the owners better.
