Hey guys,
Looking to purchase a bunky on eBay and the bloke keeps ending the auction early then re-listing the next day. The bloke is pretty much fucking everyone around and i know that you will all say "well just buy something else" but this one is exactly what im chasing and much cheaper than others around...in other words if you've got nothing helpful to say, dont fuckin say it. Calling the seller is fruitless and when looking to file a report on the item, none of the options match the issue i want to raise. Anyone know of a number you can call to maybe help resolve the problem?
Thanks.

maybe just use one of the options and then clarify in the response what you wanna say?

The thing im worried about is just throwing it in any category then when the email is read they just discard it because its in the wrong section. That and the fact im terrible with emails, i find it easier to clarify over the phone so this way is preferable. Just trying to nut out all of my options.

Well the bloke obviously has a price he wants so don't lowball him, on eBay you are allowed to re-list if you don't get the money you want. Sorry hey, i've been there before.

What you can do, however, is get some peeps to set up phony accounts, bid and bid and bid with them (but do one real bid with yours with what you want to pay) so the guy thinks he's getting the cash he needs. Then get all the other accounts to bail out after auction ends, by default you'll be the highest bidder and he's legally required to sell to you.

but when its listed as a no reserve auction? Even in the Q&A he states it is no reserve. I would imagine this changes it a bit?

when it comes down to it mate, you can't force someone to sell something to you.

I realise this. Though it states in the ebay policies that a seller must present a fair and level playing feild for buyers. Hardly seems that way is all.

Have you bid ?
If its no reserve... and you bid... he's supposed to let the auction run and sell to the highest
Ring the guy direct
Ebay won't help you

On the site somewhere there's an option to chat to an ebay customer service rep online in real time.
It's handy because you can keep talking with them until your query has been resolved.
