I reckon they're awesome hey. Very good value for money as well. I don't have much to compare with since before the coilovers, all I had were the factory springs and shocks that were on there way out, but handling is a lot sharper and precise then what it was before. My mate just bought a set for his wrx and he's just as happy with the results as I am, I'd definitely recommend them.

Nice to see. I have a 185 GRP A and they are fantastic little cars. Wanted different cars over the years, but cannot sell a nice 185.

I was driving stupidly over the limit on Whitfords Ave one night when out driving with some mates and got filmed by an unmarked WRX. Felt like the biggest idiot since that's the first infringement I've ever had, and it just so happened to be more then enough to lose my license.

After I got pulled over some hooligan drove past and yelled out "haaaaaaaaaaa HAAAAAAAA DUMB C*NT"....I just held my head in shame because I knew that he was right lol!!

Hey guys, it's been a good 4 years since I've actually posted something on here and I've done a few things to the car since then. Cosmetically, the Veilside front had to go. I've gone back to the factory Group A front now. I personally think that it looks much better and the cooler is getting fed more air as well. I've also got rid of the ghetto Bob Jane wheels and swapped them for a set of Racing Hart Type C's. Below is a pic of the car on my brothers farm.

Along with cosmetics, the engine has undergone a transformation as well. My motor has since then, blown up and had a rebuild. I originally went with a factory turbo from a later model GT-Four but quickly realised that I was wasting the new motor potential. I replaced it with a GT3076R

Tristan from WTF Autos did the work on the motor.

Tristan's handy work, mating the external gate onto the factory cast manifold somehow....

The car is making 240kw at the hubs.

Some head work is planned for the near future.

240kw atw, thats a pretty heavy hitting 185, can't say there would have been or are many in WA pushing those figures.
