Factory offset is +47 or 49 (pretty sure +47), so would imagine these would be either +47 or close to.

PCD 5x120, same as BMW and some Jag's, but offset on BMW is totally different.

Ill offer 3K, have cash waiting, you can keep your tyres if you want.

If they are that great and special Simmons would not have gone under and no Jaguar is not the same fitment as these and yes they actually would fit on any 3 series BMW form E36 onwards.
