The risto is due for a service and i have a chance today, so looking for a quick answer on which oil to use or what oil you guys recommend?
Thanks in advance :)

castrol edge 5w-30 for mine. Was using penrite 10w-40 but i prefer the castrol.
Factory recommendation for oil is 5w-30, so something close to that in a brand you like will be fine

DO NOT use Mobil.
Go for 10/30 or 10/40. Higher if the engine has head issues.

Well, my aristo takes 5w30 castrol edge, same as my 180sx, so thats easier for me.
I do believe the engine has a sticker on it saying 10w 30 :P
If you've got fucked valve stem seals (as most aristos/2js do.. :/) throw in a heavier oil to stop the smoke screen. Wouldn't go higher than 15w myself though.
