If any of you guys hear of or know someone who recently brought an rb25det out of the quokka please contact me immediately on 0404344855.

This motor was stolen from me and then sold in the quokka, i dont want to see some poor skyline owner get charged for recieving stolen goods or something stupid like that. Also it helps me retrieve my stolen engine and them get their money back as well as the idiot who did this to get charged with stealing or stealing a motor vechicle.

Thanks alot for your attention

hate to tell you this but once someone has bought it not knowing it was stolen it is now lawfully theirs and the cops cant take it of them. just hope that if you do find who has it they are nice enough to give it back.

lol.. no not at all, buying a stolen engine (even if you don't know it's stolen) is recieving stolen goods, and is an offence... if anyone buys the engine they do have to give it to the police, and are likely to get charged...

thats not the case with motorbikes so why would an engine be different? example - dirtbike gets stolen, poor pingpingpingping who bought it gets it taken off him and given back to person whom was stolen off originally, and burns whatever money was paid for the stolen bike...(personal experience)

im sure the same thing would apply with an engine...it'd go back to its owner if found and poor pingpingpingping who paid for the stolen engine would get burnt...

well who know obviously there is another fuck up in the system as mine was from personal experience aswell, the person who bought my things denied knowing they were stolen so i took it to court to get them back and judge said they are lawfully his now, sorry.

person who stole the shit cannot legally pass title of the goods, thus new owner is stuck in the middle and ends up with fuck all

sorry yoshee
