I believe these issues where traced to certain serial numbers but I am not sure if they have been pulled from the shelf.

Ive read a few reviews on the diff sites and get a good vibe about the phone.
Just curious about the overheating issue that some people had.
Jai Philp what model do you have? how many GB? Had any probs with it at all?
I've got one... 32gig black... no issues so far (only had a few weeks)... excellent computer as a phone (calls) its not the greatest quality wise.
Currently hooks up to my work network (wifi) and links calander / mail which is cool. As an IPOD its awesome bar the fact you have to look at it to change songs (as opposed to the old ones with physical buttons)...
Battery life is ok as long as wifi isn't on... with wifi on you get a day max (more likely 8 or so hours if ur using it dl / google etc) no wifi get about 2 days with full use (ipod all day / random googling / etc). Love it.

got a 32 gig last week via telescum for next g loving, so far` so good, it actually has better range in the bush than the LG phones which are meant to be more bush specific, haven't played with it that much in terms of apps and shit but its been pretty stable so far
so far have about 12gig of various music/videos photos etc hasn't slowed down as yet... The video and camera do quite well (played with over the weekend) but if it's dark they rather useless with no light
I have had a white 32gig since launch, none of the reported issues have shown up yet.
Have it playing music on the dock all day, jailbroke it and have been smashing the wifi for downloading apps. So if it was going to overheat, it should have by now.

pretty much most phone shops are out of stock at the moment, can only speak for CJs, hopefully more in the next couple of days. I know my store has a backlog of people who are after them first but if anyone needs one thru vodafone on here i could possibly help you out when they come in.
