The worst was in 1942 where a train ran backwards all the way down to Swan View Station before crashing at about 80kmph. It's on Duncraig Road in Applecross. About five minutes from the Canning Hwy exit of the freeway.
Best way to get there is head onto Canning Hwy then turn into Canning Beach Rd and follow that all the way along and then turn right into Duncraig Rd.

As well as the building, there are AWESOME panoramic views of the river/city.

During their three months' occupation the students were evacuated to Fairbridge....the school took us on a camp there in my time too....nothing like the shitty time spent with the fam there as a lil kid when i was shitting bricks

years ago im guesing before blue water was built there was a massive oval next to the hospital in attadale. mates and i would take a bunky up there at night when i was about 15 and experimenting... being dropped from the car for a lap or two knowing where we where at seeing rabbits scooting left and right red eyes everywhere was pretty scary and enough to never go back.
We didnt venture into the hospital grounds either closed down or at night (think it was partly open at time) river side was always dark as in light off so decent spotties was abit of a must.. Would go back.. maby

3 mates of mine and I were walking through there (pissed) in the early hours of the morning, no torches or anything for something to do and we got up near the middle where the little metal doored cupboard thingy is. The first guy, Quinten, past it slams it fucking hard, my big mate Tiny (6'9", 135kg) screams and grabs TJ (not that one) by the arm so hard it left a hand shaped bruise for farkin weeks. I laughed so hard I think I nearly shat.

The miss's works with a lady who does nightwork at Julio's on hay street i think it is, Silver service place, AWSOME food, been there many of times, ! anyway, the place is in an old victorian styled building with very high roofs which Is very haunted, on a couple of occasions when she was closing up late at night she heard clanging in the kitchen (figured the chef was still in) she walked in the kitchen and saw a lady in old style clothes just standing there, then just disappeared....

couple weeks later same deal, was locking up and walking up the hallway and was the same old lady standing up on teh staircase and she jus ignored it and walked out the door.

My old house in Dianella was haunted.. got pics and all, but some people dispute them, others see it straight away.

I could hear kids laughing in the back room on many occasions, water running like a water fall when i stepped in certain places in the lounge room, faces appearing on the doors and disappearing (like house on haunted hill spec).

On one occasion I came home to find all the lights on... then they all turned off when I pulled into the driveway... spooky because the whole of Dianella had no power at the time.

On another occasion, I opened the door with my missus standing next to me and reached for the light switch and there was this amazingly loud, booming voice that screamed out "NO!". It blew me a few feet back onto the grass, but my missus didn't hear a thing. It shook me up a bit and I walked inside. An hour later I turned on the hallway light (the one I was going to turn on when i walked in the door) and received a pretty bad electric shock that put me in hospital over night.

Another night I saw a figure walk across the doorway to the kitchen. It looked like Henry Mawson on the old $100 note. Chain mesh and shit over its head. That figure disappeared, then my dog grabbed my subway cookie off of me and took it into the hallway and sat it on the carpet at his feet. Then he sat there like he was being patted (made the sex face and all), then ran back to me. 5 mins later, another ghostly figure emerged from the wooden sliding door, but I couldn't tell what it was, just that it was there and it wasn't happy... the dog went to it, then ran back with his tail between his legs (6 foot tall Irish Wolf Hound by the way).

I took a photo of the ghost patting the dog with my camera phone... i will post it one day.

Freo Art Gallery is hot spot for ghosts... I passed out on the stair case when i was about 13y/o and had a full on halucination that I was in a mental ward or a hospital and was being beaten by big male nurses... I found out a couple of years later it used to be an Asylum. I still can't go there without feeling sick in the stomach and dizzy.

in my parents house which was built in the early 50's my bedroom was the last bedroom in the house making the backwall of the property back then, my olds have since done extensions to the house but my room, the hallway to the lounge (entrance faces my bedroom door) and the walkway to the bathroom is all together there would be several times that I can feel things holding and touching my feet... a friend of mine from school refused to sleep over any more as you did when younger... she would freak out if I fell asleep before her...

ever since I was little I would sleep with the blanket over my head... I still do even in my new house...

back when I was 16 I had a bad nights sleep and felt the urge to get outta bed quickly.. I did that and felt a rushing felling putting me against against the door on the floor and screaming.. my parents still dont remember me screaming at all tho...

One time I was alone in the house (parents were outside) and I distinctly saw a woman "float" across the hallway. I was only young but I remember it so vividly like it was yesterday.

Yeah giggy used to tell some pretty weird stories bout pallets moving, falling over and shit going missing. Said there was abit of freaky stuff on survailance camera, pretty spooky up at the old kala, and the fact all the windows are borded up makes it seam even more scary.

My Story.
A mate of mine's house is haunted. They often see an old lady standing at the bottom of the stairs, an old lady with like a white coat and a bonnet on, they hear footsteps walking down the stairs and noone ever comes out the bottom, shadows and weird shit like that. I had never seen or heard any of it so was pretty skeptical about it. Anyway about 3 years ago we were at his house, it was a hot summers night and it was very light, full moon or something. It was about 10 oclock and we all went out the front to meet some people that were on their way round. at this time two people were on their phones, one on loud speaker and the talking normally. All of a sudden a very high pitched screech came through both phones, way louder then the loud speaker on the phone can go, as this happened all the lights in the top story came on (there was no one inside at this point). Both of them dropped their phones in shock and the calls were disconnected, after a couple of minutes discussing/freaking out about what just happened they both called back the people they were talking to, neither of them heard the screech on their ends of the line. We then decided to go inside and investigate how the lights went on, i was like no fucking way fuck that im staying out here lol so me and a mate sat out the front as the rest went in. From out the front we could both clearly see all five of them walking around upstairs, we could see the silhouettes of them walking past the windows, and all top story lights were on. We then heard them scream and come running out. They said upstairs was absolutly freezing (on a summers night) and pitch black, no light at all not even moon light coming through the windows, they then said they heard the screeching noise again and all screamed and ran out. We were like bullshit, we could see the lights on from out here, one of them videod it all the video in pitch black, you hear them talking and trying to figure out why there is no light, then you hear the screech but its quickly drowned out by everyone else screaming. In the video they took you see a blue figure float past several times, its weird as.

It was the freakiest thing ive ever experianced in my life, i never believed in any of this stuff but now i do. I have no other way of explaining what happened that night, but remember it like it was yesterday.

Another 'haunted' workplace story:

At my old work place in Malaga, I swear something was going on there... It was right on the outer edge of the area with only bush behind the building (ideal place for murder or something in other words).

One time, i was working with a friend and i had my back turned to the emergency exit (which also leads to out back where the dumpsters are). We were chatting away until suddenly he stopped and stared for a bit, and then started laughing his arse off. It took me months, literally months to persuade him to tell me why he was laughing that day. As it turns out, he didn't wanna tell me coz he thought he was going crazy. He says he saw a dark, shadowy figure, sporting a 'cape' going through the dumpster or something and then take off into the air.

I didn't think he was crazy though, as i had spotted a similar thing whilst working inside some of the huge cool rooms there. A dark figure running past the gap in the open sliding doors. Thinking it was a co-worker, I peaked out to realize that the hallway was still sealed off. This place had allot of refrigeration and white wall panels with sealed sliding doors which made it more spooky.

We kept it to ourselves, then one day I was walking past the dry storeroom and my supervisor calls me in. He asks if I just went by the opposite way, or did I pass anybody. I didn't! He had this look of disbelief on his face and laughed saying he thinks he saw something (that same dark figure lurch past). Keep in mind we never told him about our previous sightings until then. We had all worked alone on Sunday evenings before, and now to add to the weird noises you heard (which was worrying enough), there was now a dark figured 'ghost' roaming around... We all agreed it was fucked up.

i could definately believe it was haunted though, a place with history like that is bound to have some bad blood and the dorms there are hell old school and spooky
at my parents house there's 2 bedrooms leading off the hallway from loungeroom, whoever was staying in those rooms at the time (we switched around a bit) would always hear footsteps in the middle of the night, first dozen or so times i'd have a look and no one would be up, soon as i closed the door i'd hear them again, eventually got used to it, figure if it was gonna hurt me or try freak me out it would have by now.
also not long after my pop died, was at my nan's place, which was build in the 50s, just came out of the toilet and the dog was waiting for me, just as we walked through the laundry, the dog made this horrible whining noise and piss bolted out of the laundry, about 5 seconds later all the stuff on top of a cupboard went flying across the room
freaked me out a bit, nan also told me that shortly after pop died the dog would regularly freak out for no reason
not much compared to some stories here but enough to make me believe in them

Back when i was 18 me and a mate headed over to one of his brothers mates places. He had just moved into this old church that was converted into a house up in Mundaring middle of bush spec. Anyway he started tellin us all these stories about weird shit that had happened since he moved in things bein moved about etc. I didnt really believe him firgured he was just talkin shit.
Still was a pretty spooky place tho, even more spooky was the drive back down mundaring weir rd at 2am both of us were hell paranoid and kept thinkin we were seeing shit in the bush.

We lived in an old hose in Attadale, it was built in 1956 by the old fremantle harbour master at that time. We had been there for a little while and one day as I walked past the bedroom I saw a dark figure by the side of our bed, it looked like he was looking over the bed. Any way I talked to the neighbour who had been there since that time and they told me all about him and they said that he had past away on the toilet!! How creepy, imagine going to the toilet in the middle of the night in the dark! Any way I saw him two other times after that but he was just peacefully there, he never did any thing like flick switches etc.
Another time in the same house, we had gone out to pick some furniture up form my friend who's mum died and she wanted to give away her stuff. So we bought this cupboard home that had two doors. I put my stuff in it and we had one of those smaller vacuums that had a long handle and you could take out and use just as a hand vacuum. So I put that in the cupboard too and after about 15 minutes I heard this sound, couldn't figure out what it was so I followed it. It lead me to my friends mums cupboard and I opened the door and there was the vacuum, it hadn't moved at all and it was on!!! I freaked out a little but not too much! :)

My old house in Dianella was haunted.. got pics and all, but some people dispute them, others see it straight away.

I could hear kids laughing in the back room on many occasions, water running like a water fall when i stepped in certain places in the lounge room, faces appearing on the doors and disappearing (like house on haunted hill spec).

On one occasion I came home to find all the lights on... then they all turned off when I pulled into the driveway... spooky because the whole of Dianella had no power at the time.

On another occasion, I opened the door with my missus standing next to me and reached for the light switch and there was this amazingly loud, booming voice that screamed out "NO!". It blew me a few feet back onto the grass, but my missus didn't hear a thing. It shook me up a bit and I walked inside. An hour later I turned on the hallway light (the one I was going to turn on when i walked in the door) and received a pretty bad electric shock that put me in hospital over night.

Another night I saw a figure walk across the doorway to the kitchen. It looked like Henry Mawson on the old $100 note. Chain mesh and shit over its head. That figure disappeared, then my dog grabbed my subway cookie off of me and took it into the hallway and sat it on the carpet at his feet. Then he sat there like he was being patted (made the sex face and all), then ran back to me. 5 mins later, another ghostly figure emerged from the wooden sliding door, but I couldn't tell what it was, just that it was there and it wasn't happy... the dog went to it, then ran back with his tail between his legs (6 foot tall Irish Wolf Hound by the way).

I took a photo of the ghost patting the dog with my camera phone... i will post it one day.

Freo Art Gallery is hot spot for ghosts... I passed out on the stair case when i was about 13y/o and had a full on halucination that I was in a mental ward or a hospital and was being beaten by big male nurses... I found out a couple of years later it used to be an Asylum. I still can't go there without feeling sick in the stomach and dizzy.

Mine's preety pale in comparrison, but when we were kids my friend had a birthday party and we all headed out to Heathcote at night. Walking along the hillside we looked up to one of the windows (this was before the rebuilding of Heathcote) and saw a white figure hunched over. Ive lived in a haunted house in Mullaloo, never seen a ghost but heard and seen stuff i couldnt explain. Firstly there was a big pine table in the dining room and we would hear it creak loudly like someone had sat on it. Didnt think much of it, figured it was expanding/contracting from temperature change. Then one time the cats happened to be in the room when it creaked and they went fucking psycho hissing and spitting at something above the table. Im getting shivers up my spine now thinking back to it haha. Another time Im laying in bed with the Mrs (ex) and we both hear tiles being lifted off the roof right above our heads, shes like wtf and I piss bolt out the front onto the fence and onto the roof and theres no tiles missing or moved and nobody around. Not as intense as some of the other stories but sure freaked the fuck out of me.

This ghost was there for a good 45 mins, just chillin out and shit... it seemed friendly enough. As a joke I took the photo on my missus's samsung camera phone... I didn't expect it to come out.

The other ghost in the house at the same time (the blurr in the other room) didn't feel so good and had a negative energy about it... Took two photos and a video of it, but neither of the photos came out... the video file worked once and then was corrupt the next time I tried playing it back on the phone... I didn't see anything on the video either.

i think the scariest experience i ever had was when i was 17 i went into the abandoned building in freo woolstores every1 knows the 1, well i went in their at about 11 or so at night while i was waiting for my last bus 2 perth and its pitch black in their heaps of rooms and extremely rickedy old stir cases up 5 levels its just filled with trash mainly pigeon shit and old aerosol cans as i climbed up all the stairs and got to the very top floor i was about 2 step off the stairs onto the broken timber floor and i couldnt move a muscle it was like i was bieng held back by something and i had the worst gut feeling ever not 2 mention my only light was on my mobile.. so i left very hastily and scared the life out of some skaters on the bottom floor on the way out just as much as they scared me haha.. have been their since in the daytime and the place is still creepy..

my family actually has a pretty long, consistent and detailed history with with spirits and all kinds of other unexplainable stuff. one of my cousins in particular has fairly frequent visits from all kinds of random spirits, some more pleasant than others. it's not something that gets talked about often but you know when something's happened recently. when something really bad has happened they're absolutely terrified.

i've not had many but there are definitely some that have a calming presence to them. others are just outright creepy. both my sister, my cousins, and i knew there was something in our house. we had this antique chair that used to be on the family's range back in the day (fraser range for those playing at home). it sat at the end of our hallway, there was just something creepy about it, every time you'd hear an odd noise in the house it'd come from there. there was definitely some kind of presence with it. the chair got shifted to my aunt and uncles place and now that presence has gone from the house. there's another antique couch in it's place and there's nothing there at all. house is much quiter as well which is odd considering it was built in the 1920's

we've had lots of experiences when family members have recently died. both my mum and my aunt knew when their dad had died. they were both at their respective homes, both got a chill at similar times. he died unexpectedly, neither knew that he'd been taken to hospital that morning. my uncle had a vision of him at his funeral a few days later and we had the most bizzare old ancient white rabbit randomly appear at our house when everyone was around for the wake straight after the funeral. just sat there in the front yard watching everything. didn't budge when dad went up to it, just looked at him.

when my great grandfather died all the pictures fell off the wall at my grandmothers home, not just one or two in a room, all of them through the whole house. we've had the paino randomly playing. stuff moving it's way around houses. the vast majority of these spirits have just been friendly ones. you know the friendly ones from the troubled ones immediately.

i can understand skepticism if you've never experienced something but when you can sense another presence nearby and things start happening then there's not many other conclusions really.

If you ever want to see if your house/someone elses get a cat. They absolutly go nuts with spirits. Most cats will avoid a room with a spirit in it or if they are "trapped" in a room with 1 they will just cry and fight it (strange to watch)

Mine isnt so much of a ghost story but something strange. When my dad died i was 3000km away. He died at 09:50:12 how do i know this? my watch that he bought me for my 15th birthday stopped at this time. What makes it even stranger is he died on the 21/05/90. The car was locked, my work keys and car keys were in the front door of work which i locked...but i ran up to see if someone was trying to pinch my hilux, and the keys were swinging back and forth in the lock...nobody could have gotten in to do that..
Some other freaky shit is that At my mum's house late at night/early morning, id walk past the tv in the living room, it would click on, flash an image on the screen, then click off..only happens to me! has happened quite abit now :\

I worked at Kala Hotel for about 4 years.

At around the 3 year mark, me and my good mate Aidan were working the night shift at about 9pm on a Wednesday night, so it was very quiet and we just had a massive delivery so we were stocking all the wines.

We kept everything out the back in this big store room (as you do), there were no windows, no doors, just a big concrete room with only one way in or out and the entrance into it is only accessible by staff. Now, I am very pedantic and like things done perfectly. When I would stack wine I would make sure it was very sturdy and neat. No way in hell could this particular stack fall over. I was stacking it pretty high so I made sure it was done neatly, and I taped/wrapped it all together. Basically, you have to be massive, and use a MASSIVE amount of force to knock down a stack.

Anywayz, I had just finished stacking... what was it called, Cartwheel SSB/Cab Sav it was. Stack was huge. Me and Aidan heard a customer, so we went outside to serve. Heard this massive smash out the back... both ran out to see stack had fallen over. But this was impossible. Luckily, we had a camera out the back and the footage was all recorded on a computer held in that same back room. So, I jumped on to see what the fuck happened...

You can see the time on the video. I went to about 8:40pm and you can see me stacking the wine. Video then cuts out ... cant see shit till about 9:03 when it comes back on, and you see a black shadow drift across to the cartons, bump into the cartons, at which point they fall over. and then the shadow starts to drift away and then the video stops playing again... Worst I have experienced. Was pretty scary watching the shadow over and over again.

These were taken at a old night club called amplifier, im sure you may know it. Build it 1908 and as far as i have researched its been a nightclub at least the 50's so im sure a death or 2 happend over the years.

Pic 1 look for the face! Whole pic is blurred except the face now thats not possible with a camera!!!! We then looked through our pics of the amplifier and found pic 2!! Look at the smokey hand and fingerscoming out from behind the speaker. A psycic mate told me it was tuning the guitar for her as it was slightly out of tune lol!

Nothing compared to the stories above, when i was living in queensland one of our family friends was really intune with all this stuff and told us about this little girl same age as one of my younger sisters (4 at the time) who would sit in the staircase at our house crying.
Its funny, because before that my little sister would always be playing with her "friend" in which we passed off as an imaginery friend as you do at that age. When my little sister explained what she was wearing and her name it was the same description as what our friend described on a seperate occassion.
Apparently it was a girl that had died in the house that was knocked down before they built ours and she didnt know how to get back.

Yes mate i do remember this but for some reason never think of it being that weird for some reason.

One night scaf and they boys and myself were walking from sail and anchor towards canning hwy (original plan was to walk back to applecross but was quickly abandonned) and we walked passed that old church near the canning hwy entrance to freo near toyworld.

For some reason we stopped and had a look at the church, then suddenly the street lights around the church maybe 2 or three went out the others in the street stayed on and an organ started playing inside the church and we could hear a faint choir. We walked around the church and couldnt find any cars or lights inside or unlocked doors. This was around midnight on a sunday night.

We couldnt figure it out so we sorta just left it at that. I think the street lights may even of gone back on as we left.

Would be interesting to know if there is even an organ inside that church.

None of us 3 guys and 3 girls that were there smoked ciggys /pot or anything so we can discount that!
We walked around taking pics and nothing unusual in any of the pics except for pic DSC00393 , lots of smokey stuff. I took the next pic strait after and no smoke!!! This was taken from the back room. 10 min later the next door neighbor came over with a baseball bat seeing what we were doing . he was fine after we told him we were ghost hunting haha.
he told us a old lady had passed away in the BACK ROOM and no one found her for 2 weeks!!!!

I have never been back , freaked me out!!!

I have been fishing this place called scotch college boatshed in peppermint grove.

Catch some good bream but since i have been there i have felt a little uneasy.
Took a pic about 3 months ago and was really happy with the pic until i put it on the comp and noticed a "orb" at the end of decking of the boatshed.

Freo Wharf.......

The MOST amazing one experience i had was while fishing down at the freo wharf.

I had just put a live bait out on my game rod
* (for people who dont know, its a whole live fish with a big hook through the fish's shoulder)

I didnt cast it out but i dropped it strait down off the edge of the wharf to the bottom. I then set the drag to free spool ( thats basiclly so if the fish pulls , it can run free and not pull the rod in.
I had smaller rods each side of this live bait rod that were cast out and just laying each side of the game rod.

We had invited thisgirl (Liz) to come down with us and we were sitting back having a yarn when my game rod drag started to make the ratchet sound! Then line was getting pulled erratically!

As i ran over to the game rod to moniter it , i asked the liz if she could pull in my smaller rod to the left of the game rod and my other mate (kristian) to pull in his rod to the right.

Now for the most freakiest bit !
Both smaller rods each side were reeled in and the line was just dangling over the edge of the wharf with the rods laying pionting over the edge.

All of a sudden there was a gentle tugging on the line on the game rod then the line on the small rod next to it was getting pulled strait down!

I jumped back in shock because what the hell was pulling on it if it wasnt in the water !!! It cant be a fish!

As i looked over the edge i seen a pair of hands hanging onto my line and reaching for the game rod line!!!
I yelled out "Leave my line alone fvckhead!" Then my mate kristian looked over the edge and seen the hands then "it" was pointing at the water!

I climbed down the ladder right next to us and shines torch around and there was no one at all. There was no way at all anyone could of got to the section where i seen the hands

The girl we took was freaked out bad! I walked down to the people next to us about 20-30meters away and asked them if they had weird **** happin like something from under the wharf pulling on fishing lines and they replied " No but where your fishing, a mans body was found under the wharf about 10yrs ago and thats when i rememberd that area where we were fishing was taped off 10 yrs ago with police tape!

There is no way it could of been a person because at 2am its pitch black under the wharf and at the section i was fishing there is no way you can get from the walkway under the wharf to where our lines were dangling down.

Liz no longer comes fishing down there now, freaked her out really bad!

It was happening once and i relised i was able to manipulate my breathing so i started breathing really loud and deeply through my nose which woke up my mrs. if u try hell hard u can control it and some people have even learnt to snap out of it instantly.

Where is this car park? I've heard of it being haunted but never knew where it was.

Its the carpark on the otherside of the road next to Secrets in vic park along albany hwy.

The bottom level is scarey as shit have seen faces and white glows coming from there, one time a group of 15 ppl were walking in the bottom level, heading towards the stairwell when we heard something heavy falling down the stairs, we all got outside the carpark sooo fast it was unbeleivable. The second floor has all the crazy shit painted on it, The third floor is a dance studio.
We have also seen cars been parked there with layers and layers of dust on them, then the next time were there there all gone. Some weird shit has happened there...

the whole waking up and being paralyzed thing is a recognized medical condition, as for walking up stairs and happening while ur awake, not so. called sleep paralysis or something, happens during the REM stage of sleep i believe, hence ur sort of awake and can become semi conscious while ur body is still asleep, can also lead to hallucinations, lots of "alien visits" are blamed on this condition

I worked at Kala Hotel for about 4 years.

At around the 3 year mark, me and my good mate Aidan were working the night shift at about 9pm on a Wednesday night, so it was very quiet and we just had a massive delivery so we were stocking all the wines.

We kept everything out the back in this big store room (as you do), there were no windows, no doors, just a big concrete room with only one way in or out and the entrance into it is only accessible by staff. Now, I am very pedantic and like things done perfectly. When I would stack wine I would make sure it was very sturdy and neat. No way in hell could this particular stack fall over. I was stacking it pretty high so I made sure it was done neatly, and I taped/wrapped it all together. Basically, you have to be massive, and use a MASSIVE amount of force to knock down a stack.

Anywayz, I had just finished stacking... what was it called, Cartwheel SSB/Cab Sav it was. Stack was huge. Me and Aidan heard a customer, so we went outside to serve. Heard this massive smash out the back... both ran out to see stack had fallen over. But this was impossible. Luckily, we had a camera out the back and the footage was all recorded on a computer held in that same back room. So, I jumped on to see what the fuck happened...

You can see the time on the video. I went to about 8:40pm and you can see me stacking the wine. Video then cuts out ... cant see shit till about 9:03 when it comes back on, and you see a black shadow drift across to the cartons, bump into the cartons, at which point they fall over. and then the shadow starts to drift away and then the video stops playing again... Worst I have experienced. Was pretty scary watching the shadow over and over again.

I personally haven't seen things, but mainly get feelings about things for myself.

My brother use to see spirits/ghosts when he was little from around 5-8/9 maybe later.

One of his stories that I can rememeber. If you stood in his room you would exit from the top right corner, to the left was the dining room/family room/kitchen, straight ahead was a corridor to my bedroom. I never use to go to his bedroom much if I was scared, but it was a bit of a trek to the parents room to jump into there bed or if they denied access I would jump in with him.

So one night he is sleeping in his room and he wakes up, he looks up quickly towards his door and see's me standing there with my pillow in my hand, he says.. "Matt, you can sleep in my bed if you want" . I just stand there, saying nothing holding my pillow.

He then looks up again. It isn't me. It's some young boy that looks scared/sad, wearing old 1940-50 cloths. My brother never liked seeing this stuff, and once he realised grabbed his pillow, bolted through the door, turned left through the dining area and to the front door. To the left of this was our parents room.

Just as he get's into the hall way he hears the front door handle jingling. He looks at it, and hand is on the door trying to open it. He sprints the small distance and jumps into bed with my parents. I think he slept in there bed for the next night aswell.

He also has some stories of other happenings and other places.

I can remember but I'm not quite sure if it was my imagination/Dream. In the same house in my room we had kind of a lane way to access the side of our house for pipes and stuff. The moon light would come in my window, cats would walk down there and the wind would rush down it.

When I was little I can remember a few times of a spirit, not a good one being outside of the window. He could never get through but had an awful laugh or sound to him. The more I got scared the more I froze/couldn't speak, the more he become stronger it seemed. I was only around 2-3 I think at the time. I don't think it happened often but when it did each time I became more aware and not as scared to tell him to get F****d.

2moro night i shall have some stories for you all, i booked a tour for me and my gf 2moro $80 per person... a old caddy hurse pics us up from my house at 7:30 and take us for 2 and 1/2 hours worth of haunted places and ghost storys, and not the reg art centre prison styles.. but graveyards murder scenes and dumping sites giving us photos to observe and stories along the way.. the hurse is said 2 be haunted and if u sit behind the driver and u are a non believer the spirit gets angry and will make u car sick, their is good reviews about this thing and it all winds up at the kalamunda hotel for a beer, im very excited reading this thread gave me the idea, and since this thread started i did the freo night tour.. well report back to you all 2moro hopefully with some flicks.

My Story.
A mate of mine's house is haunted. They often see an old lady standing at the bottom of the stairs, an old lady with like a white coat and a bonnet on, they hear footsteps walking down the stairs and noone ever comes out the bottom, shadows and weird shit like that. I had never seen or heard any of it so was pretty skeptical about it. Anyway about 3 years ago we were at his house, it was a hot summers night and it was very light, full moon or something. It was about 10 oclock and we all went out the front to meet some people that were on their way round. at this time two people were on their phones, one on loud speaker and the talking normally. All of a sudden a very high pitched screech came through both phones, way louder then the loud speaker on the phone can go, as this happened all the lights in the top story came on (there was no one inside at this point). Both of them dropped their phones in shock and the calls were disconnected, after a couple of minutes discussing/freaking out about what just happened they both called back the people they were talking to, neither of them heard the screech on their ends of the line. We then decided to go inside and investigate how the lights went on, i was like no fucking way fuck that im staying out here lol so me and a mate sat out the front as the rest went in. From out the front we could both clearly see all five of them walking around upstairs, we could see the silhouettes of them walking past the windows, and all top story lights were on. We then heard them scream and come running out. They said upstairs was absolutly freezing (on a summers night) and pitch black, no light at all not even moon light coming through the windows, they then said they heard the screeching noise again and all screamed and ran out. We were like bullshit, we could see the lights on from out here, one of them videod it all the video in pitch black, you hear them talking and trying to figure out why there is no light, then you hear the screech but its quickly drowned out by everyone else screaming. In the video they took you see a blue figure float past several times, its weird as.

It was the freakiest thing ive ever experianced in my life, i never believed in any of this stuff but now i do. I have no other way of explaining what happened that night, but remember it like it was yesterday.

when i was younger me and a mate was shown how to make a weegie board by one of his cousins.
So we started to mess around with them a fair bit...some people think they are a crock of shit and dont believe in them but trust me they work. anyway i stayed over his place one night and was messing around with one of them we had made.we got pretty tired after a while so we went to sleep..i got to sleep straight away but my mate was still awake and couldnt get to sleep.

Woke up the next morning and i saw nuts and bolts all around me..one was even on my pillow ( was sleeping on the floor). i was curious on how the hell the nut and bolts got in the room because they were acutally situated in the room nxt to where me and my mate were.then my mate tells me he thinks his brother was throwing them at me as a joke as he saw them come flying through the room.

so in the morning he approaches his brother about it and asks him..but he denies it straight away and swears he wasnt throwing them at me. we were pretty freaked out over the whole thing...

I Lived in an old 50's / 60's style home in south perth, we always had a feeling like we were being watched and it felt pretty uncomfortable at night. The place had a sun room at the back which we used as my daughters bedroom it also had a laundry with shower etc.. attached to it. My daughter came into our room scared as hell saying she saw a large man in his jocks standing in the doorway of the laundry looking at her.

We went in there saw nothing but found and old cane hanging behind the door we hadnt noticed before. We spoke to the old lady next door who had lived there with her late husband since both houses were built and new the couple that had lived in our house, she casually said that the man had actually died of a heartattack in the rear shower I asked about him what he looked like etc.. and she said that he was a german man who had diabetes about 6'5 and over 100kg scared the shit out of me we moved a few months later.

well i did the tour last night, the caddy was a awesome piece of machinery imported from California where it was used as a Hearse for 30 years and collected over 10,000 bodies.. i sat in the front until kings park where that karin girl was dumped last year or the year before and i felt like i had spider webs on my nose and cheek but when i tried brush them away they wouldn't go, i was later told that's how it feels when a spirit touches you, the tour itself was actually a little cheesy and i got a bit annoyed at the bloke considering he told me it cost him $40 to put on the tour including gas, and we just forked out almost 600 for 2 hours doing bog laps of Perth listening to a cheesy recorded video tape, only a couple of things i enjoyed... i got many photos of orbs inside the car and inside guilford cemetery, it was good for a laugh but it could be much better organized and more places to get out of the car, i was a little dissapointed after the freo night tour, here is a link to inquire in case anyone is interested,

Me and some friends were there years ago at lunchtime, we didn't know it was haunted or anything. but i remember we were checking out the place and looked through the glass doors on the east side, floor was pretty dirty and had heaps of boot marks from tradies, etc.

We noticed barefoot footprints being made but no one was there, the foot marks started coming towards us which we thought was pretty weird/cool. then the foot prints stopped right in front of where we were standing. we suddenly got that feeling

used to hang out at heathecote alot when i was 16 17 drinking, smoking being general nuisance's with mates during school at night etc - have seen the curtains behind the bars shift, some weird stuff at the clock tower and being over whelmed to the extent of wanting to bail so we would jump in a mates car and the battery would be dead flat (was a 1 year old C200K) then the car would fire up again like it aint no thing after the feeling subsided, have been there with totally out of the blue massive gusts of winds tearing through the joint - strange for the location being below the clock tower in the cornered off 3 sided bit that doesnt face the river - another one with cars - car alarms just going off randomly - when they are parked 2 meters away in the turning circle - used to sit on the bench to drink and talk shit.

My Mum is a mental health nurse and she used to work there on night shift all the time (She always worked night shift so her body clock had her awake at night for the extra $$$). Anyway she has confirmed the place is haunted, I'll ask her to tell me some of the stories and I'll post them up but she isn't really into ghosts and things so if she believes and has seen stuff then its not just attention seeking.

I'm a manager down at the Left Bank and we've had multiple reports of the restaurant upstairs being haunted (she's meant to be very friendly). We've had customers tell waiters that the girl ghost in the fireplaces just watches them while they eat but is very friendly. The restaurant manager says that she's always up there and sees shadows walking behind the windows on the balcony. Yet when she goes to have a look there's nothing there. One of the chefs that's just come back after having a baby and has worked there for years and years said her and a previous chef had really strange things going on there a while ago. They said they'd put platters of food in the middle of the bench, where there was no way it could fall off, then they/d head downstairs and when they came back they'd be on the floor. Multiple people are convinced the place is haunted.

I must say I've never believed in ghosts or anything. But I've been downstairs on my own when everyone else has gone home and I'll hear something fall upstairs. Like a chair off a table. And it's not the balcony furniture in the wind I'm talking in the middle of the indoor restautant floor. When I do my final check to see if everythings locked upstairs my skin absolutely crawls and I'll come back down with goosebumps everywhere. I now always make sure I check upstairs before everyone else leaves haha. Other people who work there as well say they've never believed in anything like it but when they go upstairs after close with all the lights off it freaks the crap out of them.

History of the building? It was an old boat builders house back in the day (been around since the early 1900s i think) and was abandoned for a fair while. I don't know it's all documented on the walls in the downstairs bar and after 5 years there I still haven't bothered to read it all. There's also lots of pictures that I think may of been of previous tenants and some kids etc. Lots of girls in black and white photos that creep me the fuck out. Feel free to come down and have a beer (now have beer on tap after 10 years of trying to get the license!) and read the history. That's my shameless plug done :)

I've not seen the ghosts (which a few people claim to have) but I was closing up the hotel one night, went upstairs, shut all lights off and started walking down stairs. Notice a light was still on. Went back up, turned all lights off (was pitch black except for light beaming up from downstairs) ... started walking towards stairs, lights start flashing on and off. Could have been a fault, but had a pretty bad feeling so I just left it at that.

Same thing happened to a couple of the other managers - one guy claims a few doors in the old hotel rooms were swinging open. He was a tool so dont know if legit. /CSB

I was with a group W.A.P.R and we had special permission to do a ghost hunt there with a really good psycic. We seen stuff happen so full on there. Spirit board went nuts telling us all sorts of things. One was a abo girl around 16 who got preggas to the owner paddy. baby was buried out the back in the carpark. She killed herself there. Another spirt said that in the celler thats sealed off there is a bag of gold hidden. Lots more but what got me is when the psycic said she could see a horse at the bar made me say WTF!!!! No one could say what that ment until weeks later we found out that paddy the owner had a horse in the melborne cup and it didnt win but he brought it into the pub for a drink. No one knew that at the time. So much more. Im pretty sure i have the video of the spirt board stuff i will upload..

Didnt Francesco Nathan have an entire pallet of alcohol smash to the ground in the store room, when they watched the surveillance camera the video went all fuzzy then black screen for a few seconds and when image came back pallet was smashed. Something along those lines, was a few years ago now.

Only remotely interesting experience of mine:
We used to have an alarm installed here years ago that was hooked up to motion sensors in main rooms. It was disconnected whilst we moved away for 6 months. One night, I was home alone, about 15 at the time, was playing pc games, listening to music, i was fairly alert, dogs were inside with me pretty chilled out. I hear this constant buzzing sound that a building alarm makes when someone enters before the alarm goes off, I went up to the front door after working out what was making the sound, and its flashing the fire button (alarm had a button for each emergency service)...stared at it for a second and instinctively hit in my code, alarm warning stopped, I was like 'glitch or something, whatever'. The catch: turns out the alarm isn't and wasn't ever connected to the power since it was disconnected 12+ months prior.

Yeah - that was insane.

I came into work, and someone told me about 12 cartons of red wine were smashed.

Anyways, went out the back and watched the video footage. You see the guy (Nathan) walking around stacking a fresh delivery. Then you can see this black sort of shadow hovering around the stack. There was no wind out the back as it was a pretty secure room. Anyway, not a word of a lie, you see this shadow move towards this stack of red wine (which was secure, and had stacks of wine on either side of it) and you can see it get pushed/it just starts to lean over and then the entire stack just starts falling to the ground ... screen goes black for a bit while the cases are falling and then it comes back on about twenty seconds later.

I burnt a copy of the surveillance - hopefully I have a copy somewhere at home.

Haha - when you read over what I said, it sounds so funny but its all legit.

That place photographed with the pool and horse stables is being demolished as we speak. I had a drive around there a couple of weeks ago and the main house was already leveled.

Having worked at the Art Gallery and State Library in Northbridge I know these two buildings are definitely haunted.
One particular ghost has been photographed and is currently in a piece of wall artwork in the SLWA cafe - in the phone booth.

My colleague who is not a joking person saw a ghost of a little girl walk past him out the back of the building as he was walking through the staff corridors. Needless to say the look on his face when he walked into our office confirmed it. I know the SLWA building like my own house and we don't have a little girl on the staff list. This was the most recent sighting of many upon many ghost sightings here.

Art Gallery. All security and most reception staff have seen ghosts and seen some weird shit in the old galleries. As the old section used to be a jail / court house / police station etc, all the sightings have occurred within that area. I worked there for a year and despite never seeing anything myself, I was told not to try and find them, they will randomly appear when you're not expecting it. Just like the little girl story at SLWA, as soon as one has been reported, it vanishes.

Thats quite normal. Half the lifts still dont work and most of the buttons dont light up.
I got stuck in the goods lift for over an hour dropping some stuff off at the van dock. Zero fucks given.

I always tell people that don’t believe in spirits to do a Ouija board session.
Only seen 1 non believer do it and he now believes there is such a thing as paranormal.
Just make sure you do it correctly and in a known haunted location. The tunnel in swan view is where a lot of people do it and although there has only been a few deaths there the place is riddled with stuff that other people have brought through with their Ouija board sessions.
I don’t recommend playing with Ouija boards but for all you non believers take a crack and you will see
