Round 1 was good, pity the vl turbo is a slug. the black flacon coop only looks tough. but those boys did do some good warm up burn outs.

Gearbox? Mine did exactly the same thing last time it busted, bad noises coming round the sweeper then let go when i changed gear.

Great video though! this class has got to be the best at wanners in my opinion

The front half of the grid are cars from the 'Street Car' category. The rear half of the grid are from the 'Improved Production' category. The IP rules make all turbo cars run a 36mm turbo inlet restrictor. The VL is an IP car.

Not exactly sure what broke in the Red RX7 but I assume it's a diff. Even if it was a gearbox then it shouldn't be too expensive. Both the RX7's in the video have standard Series 4/5 turbo gearboxes and Series 1 diff crown and pinion gear.

awesome video, not often i watch one that long from start to finish, those rx7s are bloody quick, nice powersliding in last couple laps too
wish i'd known this was on, i love watching this kinda racing, these and the biante historics are the best racing in oz atm
