Moving back to perth. rental suggestions

Before we start no NOR/SOR bullshit, i dont care. Will be working in innaloo off scarborough beach rd. Rent price dont really want to go above $500 per week. but then again anything under $700 is cheaper then i am already paying. 30 mins from work really isnt an issue.

Suggestions?

I work for a few real estates n they got property's on display on front counter.

If you don't mind the joondalup area. Theres a few units for about $300-500 p.w

Real estate i saw it from today was Property West in Joondalup, Just off Grand Blvd. Could also check out Century 21 (Wentworth) at Whitfords shopping center. Its not in the shopping center but on far west side of undercover carparks.

Will be buying a house also but as investment only.

Company will be paying for rent, same as up here. I get to choose the house we rent. company pays for it. the cheaper i get the rent the higher they pay me
