Hey guys, I scratched my sun glasses I'm just wondering if anybody on here works at a sunglass shop or could get me a set of sunglass lenses for a bit cheaper than the $200 I've been quoted...
Cheers,

IIRC the old Virgin Credit cards got you a discount there (now Ignition by Westpac, dunno if it still apllies), also I think Coles Group employees get discount there (thru coles discount card) if you know anyone.
Sorry mate but anyone got a new sunglasses hook up? Like pradas n that?
I might do depending on brand.

They are Prada's worth $400 when I went to the sunglass shop they say lenses are 50% of the price of the complete glasses... Fuck that if I'm paying $200 for a piece of glass.
Whats the model number, should be on the inner side of glasses.

If you guys need hook ups on sunglasses just head into any one of your local BP Service Stations and they have a fantastic range.
The assistant can even make you a latte while you make your choice.
If you are like me, you either lose or break every fucking good pair of sunnies you own and if you lose the cheap shitters they somehow mail themsleves back to you. :)

Ebay sometimes has some good deals on some of the good brands and they also have spare lenses and stuff. Usually they are real but you can find cheap china spec ones as well.
Depending on your price tag there are always ups and downs depending on who you go to.

yeah all frameless sunnies will crack around nose piece eventually. My Oakleys did it and I'm waiting for my Serengeti's to do it.
Try contacting the Maui Jim importer direct ? Or order new lenses from USA.

I used to have good sunnies. Lost them, went back to $30 dollar ones that I cannot lose at all.
But... I would like a decent set of sunnies, its about time I actually got a decent pair. Anyone got hook-ups to anything decent? Don't want to spend $400, I could, but I can't justify that expenditure for sunnies...

reason i asked about prada is that i went and had a look at a whole range of sunglasses and the prada ones i liked the style and how they look on me...simple
