R33 headlight adjustment

Can anyone take a pic and circle the adjustment controls on R33 headlights?
My highbeams are fine but low beam are way out.

There's an 8mm bolt for each bulb that potrudes out near the headlight wiring, is this the adjuster in question? because parking my car on a level surface at night and shining the headlights into the garage door, i turn it for 5+mins with a ratchet and nothing happens.

I am trying to adjust the height of the beam.

those 8mm bolts are probably the adjustment. doing the right thing against the roller door, maybe the healights mite need a gentle tap/slap to move the inside of the lamps.
