alpine type s or pioneer champion series?

i recently was given 2 12" type s alpines.. and 2 12" pioneer champions.. i put the alpines in today running both from a 800watt pioneer mono block i dont know a whole lot about car audio and was curious.. are the pioneers better? im happy with the alpines but plan on getting rid of 2 so what do i keep thanx.

Keep the alpines, ditch the pioneer subs & if you can, get rid of the amp too. those amps are well known for cooking subs.

Amps are cheap these days, just ask me :)
