I have 4 apartments for rent right in the heart of the city. 2 minute walk from William St Train Station, 5-6 minute walk from Perth Bus Terminal, right near all of Perth’s night spots, clubs and pubs. Right near the Hay and Murray St Malls.
The apartments are located at 307 Murray St, above the Country Road store.
Apartment 1 - $280pw. 2 bedroom (one enclosed, one open plan with a partitioning wall adjoining the living area), 1 bathroom, wooden floors. No air-con, no laundry.
Apartment 2 - $280pw. 2 bedroom (one enclosed, one open plan with a partitioning wall adjoining the living area), 1 bathroom, wooden floors. No air-con, no laundry.
Apartment 5 - $380pw. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, wooden floors, air-con, laundry, access off internal balcony (overlooks central courtyard).
Apartment 8 - $300pw. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, carpet floors, air-con, laundry.
Notes:
- All apartments have kitchen with stove, oven and range hood.
- All apartments have NO PARKING. Secure parking bay in Wolf Lane available at additional cost.
- Applicants must provide 1 week rent up front as application fee. This is refunded if you are not successful.
- Successful applicants must provide an additional 1 weeks rent (totaling 2 weeks including the application fee) as rent up front if they wish to accept a lease.
- Successful applicants must also provide 4 weeks rent as a bond.
