just after the motor at this stage any suggestions ?

yer brought a 1997 model with blown motor/head gasket

if its just head gasket, just smash one on. easier then swapping motors.

i think its worse ... car doesnt kick over anymore

it fires but wont kick over

Tonys auto wreckers in midland has opel parts give them a ring, problem is the veccy B had 3 different engines over its life span so may need to do a bit more searching there is a dedicated opel wrecker over east
