Now there is this funny noise that gets worst in each gear then he backs out and it goes away then stands on it and it come's back!

most likely not buy my eboost makes a 'similar' kinda noise when its bleeding off air

I think it is a slight rattle ha ha it gets worse with more load which i know a solenoid works harder if it is on auto not duty cycle controll but should not change the note of it if anything the speed should start to drown out the ebc but it gets louder

if you listen closely the sound doesn't seem to come from the engine, it sounded next to the passenger or behind him .... I was watching it with headphones on..
