SOUTH Australian police have been pulling over motorists just to tell them they are doing a good job, Road Safety Minister Tom Koutsantonis revealed today.
Do I get a well done sticker to wear on my shirt just like in primary school?

lol,
wasting peoples times
wasting police resources
wasting tax payers money
i wonder whos idea it was to tell them they were allowed to do that, or was it just a thing one person started to do and eventually became a standard

Smells like a ham sandwich
I agree, total waste of time. Why do they feel motorists need their approval?

wasnt there a scheme here a while back about cops giving certificates for good driving and you could cash it in or something like 5 - 10 years ago?

I heard that there was a scheme like 5 years ago where if you did something well the cops would take your details and you were entered into a competition ( for lack of a better word). some "P" plater won a new car for indicating correctly around a round about..

u should be able to build up points so if you get caught illegally parked you will get let off or other stupid small fines.
