Police told my parents what I did wrong without my permission. What is the law on this issue, I know they can't do that because I am 18 but what rights do I have in this matter.

police can tell parents , legal guardians or employer of any offence you do as they believe its in everyones "best interests " to know, lost job due to this fact and there is stuff all you can do :) cops suck because they seem to lack consideration on points of people just making a mistake ,they can screw your whole life and get away with it

They had no interests besides that they wanted them to know, this copper was a fuckhead. He literelly saw my mom and go out of the car to tell her.
