HELP ASAP CONFERENCE CALLING

Dudes have huge conference calls I need to organise by 11 am...

4 people, 1 in PNG one in Brisbane one in Perth and the other will be based all over aus.. X 3

We use IP phones.. can i do this shit from my phone or do i need to call a service?

Try Telstra Conferencing, I'm not sure if they need at least 24 hour notice though.

I assume cisco IP phones???

Call the first person, put them on hold, call the 2nd person, press the "more" button and one of the options will be "Conf" or "conference" depending on your phone. Push that and it will join the calls together.

Repeat.

thanks guys... KYE, it works but only lets me do me and 2 others... and we cant call out internationally for some fucking stupid reason...

so i called a company called Eureka... 500 free minutes, no long term contracts and then pay per minute... i wont use the 500 mins today with the 3 call so should be good!!

need 4 - 5 people in each conference call...
