Yep was a good cruise, it was nice to take the car out after such a long hibernation. Fireworks shooting horizontally like a bomb was epic!

So what was the damage count? That ute did not look too happy at the lights, and we had a minor accident with the WRX giving a DC5 a love tap.

I thought I'd do some maintenance yesterday and replace the brakes pads. Good move as the brakes work well. Bad news as the 33 couldn't brake as hard as the ute did.

Never mind, small fender bender, insurance will have a back to new in a few weeks time. Might have to find out how much the FG rear end is ;)

just the pigs lastnight big turnout all up leach and in the carpark ect, pinged a handful of peeps the whole night, and letting people of that would normally have resulted in hoon law or similiar ie/ all crossed up on a on ramp lol, 2nd meet point was a marked car with lights off up the street not batting an eye to a few peeps laying skids as we all departed, then up at truckstop as previously mentioned that much time up there running a muck with a BIG turnout and fireworks and NOTHING usually they rock up and shut shit down alot sooner than that with half the turnout n ruckkus, me and fryman were talking about it just very odd especially seeing how they are ment to be cracking down on all us criminals

My car got peppered with rocks and crap from the silver S15, was going to have words with him but didn't get a chance.

The guy in the Silver S15 was a fucking douche anyhow - he was given "advice" on how to do a skid many times, but still failed many times. The excuse was that he's only just bought it, but I don't care - if ya gonna attempt to do a skid, and fail miserably due to absolutely NO control what-so-ever of the car, then give up! The fact that he nearly cleaned up several different groups of people at different places within the 'carpark' didn't help his cause either.

At one stage, everyone was hoping he'd hit the dolly trailers and do the world a favour.

part of the risk of going there. decided to move after one car came within 3 metres of my car. copped a few stones nothing to major. cant wrap the car up in cotton wool.

would have been a different story if someone came unstuck and hit another car, or worse a group of people. should segregate parking and burnouts. park up the top and swing nuts at the bottom in future :)

Nice cruise. Didnt get lost in the hills for once (cheers to 4muff for navigation skills, nice to meet ya bud) BIG turnout at the second meet.

Hills run was good (although I really need to learn the roads a bit better... Not knowing roads = holding back ALOT), and Skids at truck stop = win. Missed the truck skids, Didnt miss the couple blokes giving it a go, with not alot of success. MORE PRACTISE IN SECLUDED AREAS REQUIRED. Too many cars too close, to the 'pad' for the beginners - also why i didnt give the Z ago out there.

Fireworks = bad. IMO we really dont need the extra attention on outings. That and things can go alot more wrong than the odd wayward one.
