race seats in s13

just wondering if anyone can give me advice on making or getting a hold some rails with brackets to bolt on to the bottom of some race seats i have.

i have tried fixing some angle line to the original rails but the seat sits way too high ie the steer wheel rubs on ya hrrm hrrm.

if anyone has pictures of it being done or rails or knows someone who can do it real cheap please let me know, although i would rather do it myself.
this is one of the last things i need to get my car on the road and im gettin quite antsy for it too. any help would be appreciated
