Northbridge apartment for rent

Looking at moving out of my apartment on Beaufort Street in Northbridge soon and if i can find a tenant to move in i won't get stung so much for breaking my lease.

It's about 50m from the Brisbane pub, and is in a complex that has 2 pools, 3 spa's, a gym, sauna and bbq area.

Apartment is a 1 bedroom unfurnished place, not huge but more than enough for one person. Has air con, balcony overlooking Beaufort Street, bathroom/laundry and a good sized lounge/kitchen.

Has one secure car bay and a storage room downstairs. Elevator as well.

Rent is $330 a week.

Anyone interested let me know and you can come have a look. I'll prolly be looking at moving out in the next month.

Bit off topic, but you may want to study your tenancy agreement, as in most cases, sub-letting is prohibited and can get you into serious shit... in some cases, depending on your agent, it could get you into more trouble than breaking your lease.

I think the idea might be if he can find someone to replace him, there won't be as much time without a tennant, so not as much cost, otherwise it wouldn't be breaking the lease.

spoke to the landlord already about leaving, they said if i can find a good tenant they won't have to advertise etc so i save some cash.. no sublet, you'll get your own lease..
