I hope your not serious. Blaxploitation cinema has been around for a long time. It's just another genre like horror, action, romance etc.
Take a read.

Pootie Tang
Shaft
Original Gangstas
Friday/Next friday
and those are the ones that I would think you know, I could name a blaxplotation film from every year since its start in 1964(?)

Comedy genre films don't count as the original blaxploitation films were not of that ilk and Shaft is a remake

Are you saying that black dynamite is not a comedy?
"Black Dynamite is an upcoming spoof of blaxploitation films of the 1970s. It stars Michael Jai White. It is set for release in 2009, and had its premiere at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival, where Sony Worldwide Acquisitions picked it up for distribution.[1][2] The film has been discussed with approval on numerous movie-related websites"

I cant be bothered arguing any more.
I've studied blaxploitation cinema(yes it IS a subject :P), the ones I listed are blaxplotation movies.
since you love wiki so much;
Blaxploitation is a film genre that emerged in the United States in the early 1970s when many exploitation films were made that targeted the urban black audience; the word itself is a portmanteau of the words "black" and "exploitation." Blaxploitation films starred primarily black actors, and were the first to feature soundtracks of funk and soul music
When set in the Northeast or West Coast of the U.S., Blaxploitation films tend to take place in the ghetto, dealing with pimps, drug dealers, and hit men. The genre frequently takes place in an atmosphere of crime and drug-dealing. Ethnic slurs against whites (e.g. "honky"), and negative white characters like corrupt cops, politicians, women of ill repute and easily fooled organized crime members were common. Blaxploitation films set in the South often take place on a plantation, dealing with slavery and miscegenation
