I'm looking for work

Hi everyone,

Probably not the best place to post this, but hey....you NEVER know who reads these forums.

My position at my previous company was made redundant, and as such, I am now looking for employment. I've decided to go with what I studied, and I graduated from Curtin University with a B.Comm Mgmt/Mktg and I'm almost finished a PostGrad Diploma in Leadership/Management, also at Curtin Uni...this is about 1/3 of my way through a Masters in Leadership and Management, which I will complete in the next 2 years.

THEREFORE, I'm chasing a job mainly in corporate strategy i.e. consulting, business improvement, knowledge management, organisational development, policy analysis, business process management, business performance management, strategic planning, etc.

Government or not, I don't mind.

I've got a supporting resume that can be sent to whoever needs it, but if anyone knows of or hears anything out there, please let me know.

I'm in the same position as joe currently - same degree but a recent graduate.

I can assure you we've been watching every possible job site continually for updates. Both of us have already applied for anything we're qualified for thats currently being advertised.

The downer that i've found for both is that quite a few positions are being put "on hold" or taken off market. Large pool of people applying for things atm so its difficult to get to that next stage.

Anything available by word of mouth/recommendation would be a bonus at this stage.
