loss of power on my lappo need help

hey guys i was driving my lappo 2day, the whether is pretty hot around 30's i think anyways, im driving and the car just lost power like the car was still on but it just went no where so i pulled over and it was pissing coolent from the over flow but the temp said it was on half anyways i let the car cool down for about 15mins then started her up and drove home and it drove fine does anyone know what this could be? i was thinking it may of been over heating but the gauge said it was fine then i got home and took the cap off and let it run for like 15mins and it seemed fine im lost.

Headgasket leaking a little? temp guage wont pick up steam... im probly wrong... maybe a TK test just to check there no leak

If its doin the tea kettle Id trust that as a sign of cooling system probs more than an old/factory guage.

yeh i think something to do with temp, im pretty sure its not leaking from head gasket and i got the radiator flushed about 4 weeks ago
