this was at low tide, two of the diesels with us did it at hightide, with water going up over the windscreen, only problems they both had (both sd33t) was the shut off valve jamming closed lol, had to disconnect it so they'd keep running on the drive home

Is this why patrols are so rusty haha
Still... you crazy mofos!
Its the fact that he draged that caravan through as well, hard to tell how big it really is when coupled to the F series.. but it must weight atleast 2.5 tonnes?

haha 35 bucks at car lovers made sure there was no sand and salt left on the patrol, including inside the chassis rails, lanolex should take care of the rest:)

With such a large footprint I'd suggest the caravan would have floated some of the way.
what like literally "float' on the water? i doubt it as it would of gone out with the tide... much worse lol

i drove out of canarvon (spelling) when cyclone came thru a few years ago with caravan floating behind me, wasnt as big as that one mind you but thats wot i was waiting to happen.
if a ford fiesta can do it id expect a 4wd to as well
hahaha, i reversed my old lada down the boat ramp at the marina once and the rear end started to float.. thank fuck for locking center diff!

i hate those rocks
theres one pointy pingpingpingping of a rock about half way round, submurged a couple of meters out. which i've managed to find it twice, sliced tyres on both occasions
