i had safety memo come through at work with i think the same picture, and was the result of someone falling at a site, wearing an ill fitting harness

Yeah i received the same email titled Loose Fitting Harness and it has the exact photo plus one more.

Yeah that came through our site as well. Nasty shit, I make double sure my harness is tight after seeing that.

we were finishing up a nuring home type doobie in the tail end of bently's Curtin campus, kingia gardens its called, and there are plant rooms on the top that contain the air conditioners and hot water units, we were doing the eves around these and i thought it'd be funny to jump off the scaffold and swing through the air mission impossible spec.

after seeing this, im fucking glad it was tight enough so that i couldnt move comfortably.
