Custom Fake Plates

what is the fine for being caught with a sticker plate in a smaller size?

wasn't it a fine and demerit points... iirc it was a more serious offense than not having plates at all

There's no demerit points and the price still same, i being using it nearly 5 yrs only get caught once only. They dont get to much attention on those custom plate unless they are too small size than only you get fined :)

However, if they realised they were fake number plates I would assume its a much more serious fine (sticker or not)

A mate of mine is going to Court for displaying a novelty plate CAMARO on his car.
He had permits and was just driving from a workshop to his home.
Forgot about the plates all together.
Got shafted majorly!
