WARNING / HELP REQUIRED LOCATING

I have just had a bad experience with a real estate sale with this lady - Kara Potter. She placed a cash unconditional offer on my property and then did not settle and has since dissappeared. After speaking to several people who have dealt with her before she is well known for ripping people off and being generally decieptful. She has caused me some emotional/financial stress with the whole deal and has lied numerous times to draw out the whole thing. I have not lost anything directly other than holding costs and lost sale opportunity but still really annoyed. I have a lawyer acting on my behalf but dont think he will get too far with her.

Anyway i plan to visit her personally to discuss the matter once i can locate her (any help locating is appreciated). But in the mean time if you have any dealings with the following people be wary:
- KARA DIANA POTTER (her husbands name is TREVOR POTTER)
- KARVOR TRUCKING CO

Last known address is 382 Lesmurdie Road, Lesmurdie. Postal address is PO Box 2131 High Wycombe WA. Old phone number listed for her is 9291 3765 - i dont think this is still her number or address.

Anyway, if you know anything about them post it up or pm me.

Nothing illegal. I would like to find her so i can deliver legal documents if required. I believe there are others looking for her so i would be more than happy to pass her address details onto them.

Depending on the next sale price of the property and timing of the sale she could potentially owe me $40 -$60k so i think it is in my interest to keep track of her location.

You are right about getting cash out of her but I am going to take her to court for this anyway. It will cost me a few dollars but it will at least leave her with a substantial debt that even if she doesnt pay it will ruin her credit rating or perhaps push her into formal bankruptcy.

I know she has messed quite a few others around before including doing runners from rentals.

Too many people just give up and then ultimately there is no consequences for her. I figure that if i take court action and formally recogonise the debt it will make me feel better and may deter her from doing it again. Cash repayment is just a bonus.

lol, we had a off the books rental once.. (rented it to some one else)
and it was a fully furnished house, we got jipped about a month and a half of rent payment.. and they also took all the furniture and shit we left in the house.

and there were no documents to prove anything.
so there wasnt anything we could do. :(
