How to download movies from Youtube

Just thought I might share this with you whom may not know how to, but want to download vids from youtube :)

Sounds like bulk spam hey... this site works for me 100% of the time (unlike javimoya) and although is filled with gay advertising nonsense, works well. Just save the file as a .flv (flash video) and open it up in a flv player (I use FLVPlayer (http://rapidshare.com/files/154534032/flvplayer_setup.exe.html) - freeware, I just uploaded it).

I have realplayer and when I play a video in youtube an icon appears in the corner of the video asking if I want to download the video. much easier
