Few years ago when I was working for this real estate agency as a maintenance guy, I had to go and clear out this vacant apartment, as the tenant left town with money owing and stuff. She (was some single middle aged asian female) left all her junk and unwanted items in there, together with the whole mess. She must have literally pissed and shat on the carpet and everywhere, stank real bad. I managed to clear out the clutter, had to wear improvised gas masks and so on to do it, having all windows open didnt help! Couldn't bring myself to rip the carpet out though, had to call contractors to do it. That was like equivalent to handling sewerage! Felt sorry for those poor pingpingpingpings!

I thought that was bad, this is much worse though! I took some pics, if I find them I'll post them up.

bloke i know used to work for a company that got the AWESOME contract of doing all of homes-wests' jobs.

the fun they had ripping down and replacing every ceiling in a house as everything was fucked with holes, and various other stuff i need not mention.

Hahah, my parents bought a place a while ago, not in as bad state as that, but wasnt too far either. Someone was renting the place out and after they left the owners were left with a massive mess. They didnt even bother cleaning it and just sold it off as it was for a cut price.

The clean up was epic. Condoms, items for smoking various drugs etc. The old landlords said it it was some type of bikie hangout hahah.
