I'm not too sure how the club entry works. But if I lodge interest to enter 2 cars with antilag, am I garunteed that I will get a spot. Or is it a first in best dressed, or name out of a hat type deal?

Put simply I have 2 cars I want to enter, and want to achieve the early entrant benefit. So is there a risk that the antilag spots (30 or so) will run out? If thats the case, I'll just lodge private entries.

Last year we organised a certain amount of spots with the plex. Once we were assured we would be given these spots, we then gave them the list of cars we wanted to be entered with us.

This ensured the club was represented the way it wants to be - with deserving cars AND people, because at the end of the day this place is as much about the people as it is cars.

Unfortunately a couple of muppets slipped into the cracks last year (like that cockhead with the old 7 series BMW that just rocked up and told us he had entered with antilag and was parking no matter what) but it ensured that overall, the antilag.com stand had the best cars and people there.

No doubt this year will follow that plan closely.

Im guessing when the time is right, we will ask for E.O.I's etc etc.

If your worried you wont make it, feel free to submit a private entry now to secure a spot in mv09. Even if you dont make it into the "main group" per se, im sure there would be no issues getting the same stickers for the car etc.

Like I said earlier, since im carless, this is a working weekend for me, so my involvement is lesser then it has been, so if Im wrong any of the other admin can feel free to correct me.

There will be an E.O.I shortly at which the admins will look at who should and should not be entering with ANTILAG.COM

If you are worried about not getting in before the early sale finishes, enter by yourself, or with another group. When the E.O.I has been completed and if you are asked to enter with ANTILAG.COM you can always notify the motorplex of the change.

Maybe ask the plex for a list of people who have entered under antilag that way you can tell them to fuck off people who have just put the clubs name down for sake of it so you dont get assholes like that forcing there way in.

No it means that the way he have organised it is that we get to choose who is with antilags main display.

To quote one of the more respected members on here.. so neither me or brockbank.. entering with antilag should be a privilige not a right.

You can write it down if you want, but at the end of the day the admin team will decide who enters with us.

You wont get your entry rejected, just means youll be a sole entrant I guess.

Private entry seems easiest for me - Early entrant, and spot for 2x cars.

Not gonna be able to drive around advertising it in my car so we'll probably use a couple of utes instead.
