so which of the engines do you recomend Karl? My old man is looking at getting one of these for my mum. It will be replacing a 2007 volvo s60 2.5t AWD, which isn't a slug. Is the v6 going to be slow in comparison?

Yes mate.

The Supercharged V8 is the only XF to get IMHO. The base V8 is okay, but for your money there are a heap of better cars.

any advice? Gotta bear in mind though that its for my mum so doesnt need to be really fast, and that she drives my nonna (grandma) around so cant be to low or small.
