235/40/18 tyres with good tread

As per title, best tread possible.

Current tyres are on belts, so need them pretty urgently.

May consider 50-70% tread, but only if there is very minimal camber wear.

Best place to get them? Don't wanna pay too much, they'll probably only last about a month or so anyhow.
