I've done Muay Thai for 11 years now, NEVER have I seen anything like this.

FUCKEN ROUGH AS. It's old but I thought I'd dig it up as I just seen the dislocation of the weightlifters shoulder.

Ha. I trained at Sean Allen's in Greenwood from 12 til I had my S13 crash in 2004. Since then, Piere's Muay Thai School in Wangara where I teach. It can vary in prices from school to school mate. I don't pay now I teach!

I'm gonna join Harry's Gym and do boxing for a while. My shins have no feeling and my knee's are stuffing up.
