r33 have slightly bigger rotors
you can get adapters that will let you run the 33/34 rotors with the std caliper too.

Define cheap - you might end up being able to only budget good rotors, braided lines, pads and oil

33 brembos bolt straight onto 32 where 34 wont unless you enlarge bolt hole

I might have my brakes up for sale soon if your interested. They are from a Z32, same as 32GTR so will bolt straight up. Near new disks and Bendix ultimate pads with plenty of meat.
