Hey i was just wondering how you guys "view" your car?

A hunk of metal to get you to A,B, C ..... or like I do ... as a pet?

I told a fellow car enthusiast that i view my car as a pet .... and he reckons thats pathetic. It must be a female thing that we have to take our "Maternal Instinct" out on something :p

But yeah it seems fairly divided ..... some people just damage their car and *shrug* n go "thats life" and other people like me get really emotional about it like its the end of the world.

I have a love-hate relationship with my car. I love its potential, but I hate it's constant broken status.

If it was insured, I wouldn't give a shit about it. It's been more trouble than it's worth.

I hate my current ride, my "awesome" vn so to me its an a to be thing and something to be thrashed relentlessly.

however I already love my new hr30 that im building - not like a pet Lauren, but yeah I love cars.

i cant even find it in my heart to get rid of the ZX :( if i had the money i would insure her n run both cars! but its costs like $1400 just for the R33.

Yeah if anything goes wrong with my cars i get so stressed! Sometimes i think "this is costing me so much and its so much hassle ... why the hell havent i got a cheap hobby" but i just love them so much ... they are like my kids :D ....... but its not only me that has the attachment to my car .... ive had a guy ask if he could have sex with my car before LOL ..... weirdo!

I have gone through 3 cars this year .. sold my r31 rb20 8months ago had it for 5 yrs then i had a bluebird with s14 sr20 run 12s that lasted 5 weeks then sold it to a p plater until he killed it and my r31 wagon that run 13s had that for 4months then sold that to ..... i love my cars but everything has a price and if its right i sell.....

They a bits of crap but I love them. The cefiro atm is testing my patience but I can't stay mad at it. People(mostly chicks) dont understand that with license and car, I am happiest. Dont need to go picking up sluts etc I just drive and that makes me smile.

When lining up against someone and beating them down it just makes me laugh stupidly and smile from ear to ear and my car does me proud :D

They are always for sale my current broken down daily is the longest I have ever owned a vehicle(25 months). Shortest is 4 days VP Clubsport bought it at auction sold it privately made a tidy $4k profit.
