sub frame repair

hi

how hard is it to get a sub frame fixed? , its to my front left pannel and the sub frame has been a little dented it and now the panel goes under the bonet , just need a quick cheap fix! :)

how to do at home? or a place/person that can do a cash job :)

its to a sileighty (s13 silvia front panels )

do you mean rear subframe or front crossmember ?

In either case, replace them, don't repair them.

Won't cost all that much for a second handy.
