Hi dudes

I need another LPG fitter.

Requirements are fairly simple, reliable, general mechanical knowledge (ie you can remove and replace a spark plug without cross threading it) and previous experience in metal fabrication (small brackets, mounts etc etc). Previous experience in LPG fitting/servicing is a big advantage, but not essential. You need to be able to mig weld, handle a oxy cutter, and use general hand tools.

I can offer decent money, a brand spanker new hoist, no Saturday work, no diesel pieces of crap.

Basically the job requires you to fit LPG systems to cars, we are a workshop that takes great pride in the quality of our work, nothing leaves our workshop substandard. You will have to be able to use initiative to create brackets, mounts.

If you think you fit the bill, give me a ring during workshop hours

Im curious to know what Perth workshops consider decent money nowadays.
Keen if the cash is right.

Bit off topic but just have a question regarding gas conversions.
Had an EB 5litre converted about 12 months ago as the wife uses it now. Since then I have had nothing but problems with it sneasing and blowing out air boxes, not starting and generally running like crap.
Have put a Pod filter on it to save on air boxes but it still doesn't run right.
It has been to 3 workshops and it hasn't changed.
Would your guy's be able to fix this or does the Windsor motor just hate gas?
