i am thinking
Pedders suspension are getting me new shocks new lower springs polyuthreane bushes and some other stuff
APC enhancements are getting me bigger crossdrilled rotors allround new v8 calipers up front and (ebc extreme)? pads allround
at bob jane im getting 18by8 inch tremor rims raped in fire hawk wide oval tyres

all this work will be done in about 2 weeks and will make my car handle sweet


ps: theres more stuff in the way of strait line speed comming along soon

Dude trust me on this, I owned a VX V6, I spent a little bit on suspension
exhaust and intake, anything else performance wise unless you have uber cash supply, your wasting your time. Take it from someone who has arlready learnt a lesson with V6's. Great cars to make look pretty and smash stereo's in to pick up dirty rockingham moun, but anything else is pointless.

Sell your VY, get an S13, probably get a decent one with what your commodore would sell for, and learn on a base model import. It's what I've done, and the learning experience you get off of them is unreal.
If this doesn't really sink in, your clearly deranged and in serious need of a mild case of death.

hey mate, i might be one person on here who can still respect a v6 commodore for what it is,, and not what it isnt. ive owned a v8 VN commo and other turbo vehicles and now have a VN v6 runaround which is fine.

pedders = soft and crap, my galant vr4 i can hit the front bumper on the ground when hammering hard. although comfortable ride. go for dobinsons springs theyre pretty good or order some aurora springs off the net. if not them then get lovells then kings. but not pedders.

dont get bigger brakes!! theyre expensive, and you wont get ur money back!
and besides, the twin pot calipers you have are already a sort after upgrade for older commodore models v8 and v6 alike. a worthwhile upgrade would be slotted disks and some ebc green stuff pads. more than enough.

everyone just thinks theyre better than you because theyre older and have more money to spend on better cars.
EVERYONE knows that they also used to drive like a 17 year old p plater because we ALL were one once. every day this forum gets worse especially when inconsistent nazi mods frequently give people shit over nothing much.
