drivers need to be at collie at 830 so the officals can check over your car. and drifting by 10am.

$45 for drivers
$10 for passengers
$5 to watch

havent been down there before, but do you think there will be any traffic probs with rally australia being on the same w/end?

Not on the Sunday Dan... Sotico is down Albany Hwy, not Great Southern Hwy so there shouldn't be any Rally Australia traffic at all.

There generally aren't traffic problems down south with Rally Australia on anyways - only exceptions are the carparks to the stages!

it is an early start so for those who have entered we can stay over night at the track. Let me know if u wanna stay (drivers and entrants cars only) so I can let u know the times we can rock up.

Will most likely be a small group of us heading down sat arvo/night so yeh. let me know.

and do be wary on the sunday morning if your heading down, there will be lots of cops out for rally oz, as theres always a fair number of smacks between excited rally fans, and people doing stupid speeds, so just be wary as you pass through the armadale/bedford/jarradale areas

I had a ball, sure mine looked like a 4wd part of the time but it was awesome as shit fun, i had a few good skids in the mix but most of the time the open diff and slipping clutch were giving me shit.

Fc's arent the best for drift with all that said, way too snappy and they dont really help the driver out like most of the nissans. I know what i dont want now though which is good.

the show is on channel 9 on saturday afternoons at 5pm :) will probably be on next weekend as they need time to cut and stuff... they didnt take to much film so it might be very short :(

there was no roll overs or crashes this time at collie...

how ever badger got close.. as u can see.. and Johnboy in the blck onevia launched his car about a foot or around that in the air...

holy shit, nice shot
a drift car is going to roll at collie, its only a matter of time. this is due to the ultra soft edges of the track which are pretty deteriorated. all it takes is a rear wheel to drop into the sand hard when the car is sideways at over 100ks.

if these cars didnt have rock hard coilovers it would have already been history. huge air by johnboy, rollcages definitely worthwhile.
