Im not sure if its normal...
The powerfc retards timing when i jump on the throttle or gear changes ( driving it hard)..
To round the 5 6' mark (ignition timing)
I had the map tracer activated to see which points in the map its goin to...
It doesnt go any were in the map that the timing is that low...

I was wondering if any one with a powerFC finds their does same aswell..
I can feel a bit of a flat spot on changes and jumping on full throttle for half to a sec then as soon as the timing picks up it goes...
Its just realy odd for it to go to that timing cause it aint in the map...

What are you using to display the timing ?

Its not something engine related ? plugs, fuel pressure etc etc ?

The power Fc handset.....
I just came back from playing around with it...
Need a real dark long lonely rd and a wideband to check timing at rpm points..
Just goin by the dyno print out i got 2 days ago..
Just checking and adjusting timing and fuel on the rpms were power goes up and down like a roller coaster,, timing is all over the place LOL...

would fuel pressure affect the timing kicking back??
Might lean out at the point were timing kicks back...
Wish i could borrow a dyno LOL
