wat do u mean by a reshell?? im not quite sure i know wat ur talking about.. like it was crashed and all the running gear is in a new shell or somthing??

for a small amount of time over east i think u could actually buy an evo VI and put the compliance plate from a aussie delivered lancer thatd had been crashed on to it or something like that, all legally

gov obviously put a end to it

prolly is more involved then that, was just what i rmeber from hearing aout it a few years ago
