It's going to be hard for the Police to take someones car after only Joe Citizen has 'dobbed' them in. They're going to need proof and a few witnesses also, and I doubt wether this would eventuate in court. I mean come on seriously, there's rapists and murderers out there.. do they really want hundreds of people in court for a blow off valve going off ? This is getting rediculous.
