They are 4->5 stud adaptors. =
(Adaptor plates, Studs and 4x8cm studs to extend from your hub (cost me $8 each or some bs! )) I have had the holes bored out to fit 17mm nuts

What is required to install is 16 x short 17mm Hex nuts with to go on your current studs.
