I live in Lockridge and there seems to be a 'good' and a 'bad' area. Thankfully i'm in the good area. Its all old homes west homes redone and sold off. Had no problems here, pretty quiet street and friendly neighbours. I think its just the Germain way area that gives it such a bad rep. At least the positive is the rents cheaper because people think its all a bad area.

Last placed the mrs and I lived was in Nollamurra and while I was out at work one night on the first week of moving there we had an intruder enter the house while she was home and take the keys then jump back over the rear fence and took her car. The mrs had some guts to run out front and bash him with the end of the vacumm cleaner while he was in the car. But he got away. I guess it was probably best though, it was a POS magna and im sure she'd rather loose that then get bashed. The area wasn't too bad though but it never felt safe in that house again (corner blocks ftl)
